Purchasing Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the administrative routine of the Purchasing department
- Update control documents and category tracking spreadsheets
- Provide support for issuing and monitoring purchase orders
- Monitor deadlines and liaise with suppliers
- Support product registration and system updates
- Organize information and materials for department meetings
- Interact with internal teams such as stores, logistics, design, and planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or purchasing routines
- Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Higher education in progress or completed
- Differentials / Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail or commercial areas
- Experience working with controls in spreadsheets or systems
