Marketing Specialist – Project Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and govern campaigns for the Renner brand, ensuring organized monitoring and efficient execution of initiatives.
- Ensure excellence in executing brand plans across multiple channels, with a focus on consistency, quality and measurable business impact.
- Perform performance analyses, monitor KPIs and track results to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate data and analyses into actionable insights and clear, performance-oriented recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders (business, marketing, commercial, corporate areas) and external partners (agencies and suppliers).
- Structure, consolidate and ensure the quality of materials for recurring forums, executive meetings and governance bodies.
- Ensure speed, consistency and efficiency in the execution of recurring requests, maintaining operational control and predictability.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, strengthening a culture of data, governance and performance in marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Specialist or in technical reference positions in marketing, preferably in medium or large companies.
- Experience with project management and governance, demand control, KPIs and monitoring routines.
- Analytical, organized, structured and results-driven profile.
- Ability to critically analyze data and translate numbers into practical recommendations.
- Proven experience managing internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and partners/agencies.
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the beauty, retail or consumer goods sectors.
- Experience in areas with a high volume of recurring requests and a need for strong operational organization.
