About the role
- Responsible for negotiation strategies and securing cooperative funding for the brand, from briefing through execution, interfacing with multiple internal areas and agencies, ensuring deadlines, quality, and discipline.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and experiential activations with partner brands previously approved by the company.
- Serve as direct liaison with the agency.
- Review materials and proposals from agencies and internal teams.
- Monitor execution and timelines.
- Ensure management and execution of plans within agreed timelines through the brand's owned channels.
- Ensure delivery of plans in accordance with what was negotiated with partners.
- Coordinate schedules with internal teams and agencies to secure the best plans and results for partners.
- Issue and sign contracts between brands/partners.
- Issue debit notes related to cooperative plans.
- Ensure payment is received within the agreed deadline and maintain records of payment confirmations.
- Responsible for delivering evidence of executed actions and presenting plan results to partners.
- Generate reports with evidence and results for all actions negotiated with partners.
- Present results and negotiate new sponsorship opportunities.
- Ensure correct execution of event strategies negotiated with partner brands, guaranteeing a memorable customer experience.
- Prepare event briefs and ensure execution meets the contracting brand's expectations.
- Oversee event organization together with the responsible department.
- Attend and supervise events in person from start to finish.
- Receive and review the post-event final report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising working with clients.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and commercial operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience in Home & Décor retail is a highly relevant advantage.
- Commercial mindset with persuasive and influential communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work across different teams and stakeholders.
- Innovative, agile, and proactive.
- Flexible and adaptable to strategic and organizational changes.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
- Ability to establish connections with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Organized and results-oriented, with a meticulous eye for project excellence.
