About the role

  • Help ensure alignment between the pillars of content, users, and context to improve e‑commerce usability and overall experience;
  • Support the management of taxonomies, metadata normalization, categorization, navigation and search across our digital customer journey;
  • Produce basic analyses (spreadsheets, search-term reports, navigation analysis);
  • Contribute to data gathering and mapping (benchmarks, processes, references) and to research with internal and external users;
  • Assist in creating and updating internal documentation and in implementing area improvements within the company.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Library Science program (preferably from the 4th semester onward)
  • Knowledge of information organization
  • Basic understanding of taxonomy, categorization, terminology and metadata
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel)
  • Attention to detail and strong writing skills
  • Well organized
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Have completed coursework in Information Architecture or similar subjects
  • Interest in user experience and e‑commerce
  • Familiarity with user research and documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Figma, artificial intelligence, SEO and analytics
