About the role

  • Provide support in registering and updating suppliers and items in the system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports, supporting analyses that contribute to the team's decision-making.
  • Support logistical follow-up with suppliers, acting as a point of contact for coordinating deliveries, reconciliations, and scheduling at the Logistics Center, including monitoring cases of non-delivery (no-show).
  • Provide support for the product exchange process, monitoring procedures with suppliers according to defined guidelines.
  • Support the submission of the scheduled delivery plan, ensuring alignment of production and supply with national suppliers.
  • Assist in the follow-up of international inspections, including monthly coordination with international suppliers, requesting inspection quotes, managing approvals, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Support the monthly process for collecting cooperative funds, including sending reports and debit notes related to cooperative advertising.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration or International Trade, as of the 3rd semester.
  • Knowledge of Excel (desirable).
  • English at a basic or intermediate level (advantage).
