About the role

  • Report to management on process compliance rates and inventory accuracy for your region;
  • Work in the stores within your region (remotely or on-site), evaluating internal controls and verifying that procedures are executed in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures;
  • Communicate and promote Loss Prevention initiatives (Prevenção de Perdas S/A);
  • Conduct employee training;
  • Issue visit checklists;
  • Issue recommendations based on the checklist;
  • Monitor inventory processes (remotely and/or on-site).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in retail;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Effective communication;
  • Ability to identify issues and support problem-solving;
  • Systems thinking;
  • Drive for continuous improvement;
  • Discipline;
