About the role
- Develop and implement data governance policies;
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance with standards and regulations;
- Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and data usage;
- Develop, analyze, and drive metrics to evaluate KPIs and data quality;
- Identify and mitigate data-related risks;
- Participate in metadata management initiatives and data catalog efforts;
- Develop and deliver training on data governance practices;
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of data quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in areas related to data governance, data quality, or data management;
- Solid understanding of data governance principles;
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies;
- Knowledge of data privacy and security standards and regulations;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and data analysis;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and to collaborate across organizational levels;
- Ability to meet established deadlines;
