About the role
- Support the administrative routines of the Purchasing department
- Update category tracking controls and spreadsheets
- Assist with issuing and tracking purchase orders
- Monitor deadlines and liaise with suppliers
- Support product registration and system updates
- Organize information and materials for department meetings
- Interact with internal areas such as stores, logistics, styling, and planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or purchasing routines
- Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Higher education in progress or completed
- Preferred: experience in retail or commercial areas and familiarity with spreadsheet or system controls
