About the role

  • Develop and maintain backend functionality for the SAP Commerce platform.
  • Build and consume APIs for integration with internal and external applications.
  • Work on migrating the current platform (ATG) to SAP Commerce, participating in the coexistence (parallel-run) phase.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the technical quality of deliveries.
  • Act as a hands‑on Specialist / Tech Lead, supporting the team's technical development.
  • Contribute to building new features and maintaining the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris).
  • Strong proficiency in Java and engineering best practices.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Previous experience working in e-commerce environments.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and consultancies.
