About the role
- Responsible for analyzing customer and campaign behavior data, translating insights into practical actions;
- Responsible for developing reports and presenting CRM and customer base performance results to different areas of the company;
- Responsible for creating and executing the CRM campaign send calendar;
- Responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies focused on retention, engagement and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV);
- Responsible for structuring and monitoring automated customer journeys;
- Interface with business areas (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Media, Product...) to design the brand communication calendar and for cascading it so internal teams can execute;
- Responsible for maintaining a 360° view of the customer;
- Responsible for tracking customer performance indicators with a focus on online and offline sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience planning multichannel CRM communication calendars (email marketing, SMS, Push, WhatsApp);
- Knowledge of omnichannel CRM strategies;
- Analytical and strategic mindset for building base segmentation focused on performance and campaign optimization;
- Understanding of RFV, customer lifecycle and LTV concepts;
- Ability to design customer journeys and automated campaign flows;
- Business acumen and understanding of retail KPIs;
- Experience analyzing metrics and campaign results and developing reports and presentations for executive leadership;
- Previous experience in CRM and marketing automation;
- Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
