About the role
- Responsible for the negotiation strategies and acquisition of cooperative marketing funds for the brand, from briefing through execution, interfacing with multiple internal departments and the agency to ensure timelines, quality, and discipline.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and experiential activations with partner brands previously approved by the brand.
- Direct interface and ongoing coordination with the agency.
- Review materials and proposals from agencies and internal departments.
- Monitor execution and deadlines.
- Ensure management and execution of plans within agreed timelines across the brand's owned channels.
- Ensure delivery of the plan in accordance with what was negotiated with the partner.
- Arrange meetings with internal departments and the agency to secure the best plans and outcomes for partners.
- Issue and sign contracts between brands.
- Issue debit notes/invoices related to the cooperative plan.
- Ensure payment receipt within the agreed timeframe and maintain control of payment confirmations.
- Responsible for delivering evidence of executed actions and presenting plan results to partners.
- Generate reports with evidence and results for all actions negotiated with the partner.
- Present results and negotiate new sponsorship opportunities.
- Responsible for correct execution of event strategies negotiated with partner brands, ensuring an outstanding experience for customers.
- Prepare the event brief and ensure execution meets the contracting brand's expectations.
- Coordinate event organization with the responsible department.
- Attend the event in person from start to finish.
- Receive and review the event finalization report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing or Advertising working directly with clients.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and commercial activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience in Home and Décor retail is a highly relevant advantage.
