Serve and innovate as an internal analytics consultant and data ambassador within the Customer Intelligence team and Marketing leadership, leveraging technical expertise in data analysis and data science along with business knowledge to drive discussions about customer behavior and provide recommendations, including:
Customer behavior analyses for the Lojas Renner S.A. ecosystem using statistical methods and programming;
Development of data science models (clustering, decision trees, among others) to create customer segmentations and perform customer analysis;
Analysis of CRM, loyalty, media and marketing campaigns, including campaign investment optimization models and measurement of results using hypothesis testing.
Requirements
Experience executing analytical processes such as data ingestion and cleaning, performing analyses and creating visualizations;
Creation of data science models and statistical analyses applied to business decision-making;
Programming in SQL and Python;
Presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders using data storytelling;
Experience with customer KPIs is a plus;
Experience analyzing CRM and loyalty campaigns;
Analyses of LTV, full-funnel metrics, MMM and related methodologies;
Knowledge of fashion retail;
Knowledge of media and marketing;
Desired/Additional qualifications: degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
Programming in PySpark and experience using Databricks;
Familiarity with agile methodologies for project/management;
Strong skills in developing presentations and storytelling.
