About the role

  • Attend to B2B customers and resolve their requests with empathy, speed and a strong customer focus;
  • Log service requests and record protocols based on the customer’s inquiry;
  • Make the necessary adjustments in the system according to the customer’s request;
  • Monitor the area’s results and work with the team to achieve department goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken Portuguese;
  • Comfortable interpreting, reading and composing texts;
  • Good typing skills required;
  • Basic skills with Google Workspace;
  • Assertive communication;
  • Be between 14 and 24 years old;
  • Reside in Curitiba or the Metropolitan Region;
  • Availability to attend a weekly in-person course in São José dos Pinhais (once a week);
  • Working hours: 13:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday);
  • And most importantly: a strong desire to learn and grow with the team!
