About the role
- Attend to B2B customers and resolve their requests with empathy, speed and a strong customer focus;
- Log service requests and record protocols based on the customer’s inquiry;
- Make the necessary adjustments in the system according to the customer’s request;
- Monitor the area’s results and work with the team to achieve department goals.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken Portuguese;
- Comfortable interpreting, reading and composing texts;
- Good typing skills required;
- Basic skills with Google Workspace;
- Assertive communication;
- Be between 14 and 24 years old;
- Reside in Curitiba or the Metropolitan Region;
- Availability to attend a weekly in-person course in São José dos Pinhais (once a week);
- Working hours: 13:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday);
- And most importantly: a strong desire to learn and grow with the team!
