• Provide creative output and direction to help achieve the vision for the product

• The Account Manager role is a sales role, with the responsibility of increasing revenue with existing customers by positioning LogRocket’s suite of products to expand our footprint across additional web and mobile applications within new teams
• Proactively manage a sales pipeline for expansion opportunities to exceed quarterly revenue goals
• Consult with customers to understand their business, product, and application goals to uncover new buyers and use cases
• Define strategy to deliver maximum value through the LogRocket platform and partnership
• Support Executive Business Reviews to confirm value delivery/ROI and identify additional performance and new product opportunities
• Recommend appropriate solutions that lead to existing and new product expansion and retention

• Learn about relationship marketing and product-led growth motions
• Gain experience working on campaigns that target SaaS personas

• Assist with some operational aspects of field events (no travel required)

Relationship Marketing Intern

• Drive pipeline across an assortment of channels, including inbound, performance, intent, events, brand, and more
• Strategically plan, test, implement and optimize online and non-digital marketing campaigns

• Develop LogRocket and Galileo AI product messaging and positioning
• Define product messaging, vertical messaging, personas, and positioning; continue to evolve our story of clear differentiation and value; and produce content, collateral, and sales tools
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new and existing LogRocket solutions
