About the role
- Responsible for a product category across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation through market launch to further development and delisting
- Plan and manage product launches and relaunches, including schedules, budgets, quality, sustainability and risk management
- Develop new product strategies and concepts based on market and competitive analyses as well as consumer needs
- Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing and other stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable products
- Manage the end-to-end product development process and coordinate external service providers and agencies
- Continuously analyze sales figures and KPIs to optimize product performance
Requirements
- You hold a degree or a commercial/vocational qualification with several years' experience in product management/marketing, ideally in FMCG or natural cosmetics
- Strong market and trend knowledge with a good sense for customer needs
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and KPIs
- Knowledge of packaging and technical understanding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured working style
- Passion for natural cosmetics, sustainability and innovation
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
