About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic direction, sales execution, operational oversight, and risk management of the Credit Union’s treasury management and business banking sales functions.
  • Leads treasury sales, business deposit growth, and related service delivery efforts while partnering across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Brokerage and Insurance Sales, Commercial Lending, Operations, Digital, Fraud, Compliance, and Finance.
  • Accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, expanding treasury management adoption, and ensuring consistent execution of the Credit Union’s treasury strategy.
  • Drive process improvements, support product development and assistance for treasury solutions delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Treasury management or financial services sales experience
  • Experience managing large operational initiatives or transformation projects
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with treasury workflows and regulatory considerations
  • Strong track record of leading sales teams and achieving market-level revenue and growth targets
  • Excellent management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of treasury products, payments, liquidity solutions, cash management, and industry trends
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a broad geographic territory.
