Manages, tracks and coordinates multiple moderately complex projects under limited supervision
Identifies and plans project deliverables, milestones, and required activities
Reviews project status and modifies schedules or plans as required
Establishes team membership and works with PMO and key stakeholders to establish time commitments and resource allocation
Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings; adaptively resolves project issues
Conducts risk assessment and mitigation for the assigned projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, Information Technology or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in managing projects or workstreams
Experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards to project planning
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrates understanding of complex IT infrastructure, roles, and responsibilities
Project manager training and certification preferred
Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products and familiarity with project planning tools
