About the role

  • Oversee daily activities of Digital Channels Technology department
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings
  • Direct department staff workload
  • Lead projects to develop and maintain customer-facing and internal websites & applications
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rating for Digital Channels applications
  • Assist in managing Digital Channels Technology workload with cross-departmental teams
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and report progress
  • Analyze and revise existing procedures for operational efficiency
  • Design, write, implement, troubleshoot, and debug software code
  • Participate in user-experience design and testing of digital banking enhancements
  • Manage adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies
  • Implement updates and enhancements for internal and external systems
  • Develop annual objectives and budgets for the department

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 2 years as a team lead
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Related fields
  • Recent experience with object-oriented design and programming
  • Secure coding practices
  • .NET Framework/Core
  • Microservices
  • Web technologies (ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Development with SQL Server databases, views, triggers, and stored procedures
  • Technical requirements specification to development teams
  • Technical instruction interpretation and problem-solving
  • Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Effective communication with managers and associates at all levels.
