About the role
- Leads and oversees strategic transformation initiatives
- Manages project deliverables, milestones, and required activities
- Implements project communication plans
- Reviews and validates initiative plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Tracks project activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
- Provides support in development of analysis and recommendations for projects
- Proactively identifies risks and issues for transformation program and initiatives
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in managing complex projects or workstreams
- Project manager training and certification (MPM AND/OR CAPM) preferred
- SCRUM Master certification (CSM) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- High Proficiency with Microsoft suite of office products with Advanced Excel a plus and familiarity with project planning tools.
