About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively work the support queue, ensuring SLAs are met with a focus on productivity
Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration/parameterization issue, or system failure
Apply technical and functional solutions decisively, ensuring the fix does not impact other routines
Support end users, understanding their issues and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence
Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing/Invoicing and PCP (Production Planning) modules
Ability to manage and resolve multiple support tickets per day with accuracy
Critical thinking to analyze logs, tables and processes before proposing a solution
Focus on customer success and stability of the Protheus environment
SQL knowledge to perform table queries and data diagnostics
Nice to have: TOTVS certification in Protheus modules; experience with Protheus integrations with other systems; logistics and execution knowledge: GFE (Freight Management), TMS (Transportation Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management)
