About the role
- Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns for Personal Workspace Solutions division
- Manage campaign execution across search, social, and programmatic channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance for key metrics
- Collect and analyze campaign data, creating performance reports
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams
- Conduct research into regional paid media trends and consumer behaviors
- Support effective budget allocation across global campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Prior experience working with or within a media agency
- Strong proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and programmatic tools such as DV360 or The Trade Desk
- Advanced knowledge in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
