About the role
- lead global digital content excellence across direct ecommerce and online retail channels
- own the end-to-end creative process from standard asset adaptation to original rich content strategy
- manage a creative studio model that can scale content efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
- oversee content localization efforts across global markets and languages
- ensure robust quality assurance standards and governance for all content
Requirements
- 6+ years in digital content creation, content operations, or ecommerce content management
- 4+ years managing global, distributed teams
- expertise with content systems (PIM, DAM, AEM, creative suites), automated QA, and performance analytics
- demonstrated ability to conceive and execute original, multi-platform content for ecommerce and digital retail
- strong communication and collaboration skills across technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders
- understanding of digital commerce, marketplace content best practices, and compliance/privacy requirements
