About the role

  • Strategically drive the business side of new product introductions
  • Manage the lifecycle of products within the Audio Solutions portfolio
  • Develop portfolio rationale and lead go-to-market activities
  • Manage sustaining activities promoting operational excellence
  • Drive commercial initiatives ensuring success of launched products
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy
  • Drive the business side of NPIs, including developing portfolio rationale
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team for S&OP and inventory management
  • Drive commercial initiatives for portfolio longevity
  • Track financial performance and provide reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment and drive execution with cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to analyze user behavior
  • B2C & B2B industry trends
  • Competitive landscapes to drive portfolio decisions
  • Expertise in creating and executing product portfolio strategies
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Experience supporting sales teams with product roadmaps, messaging, and launch strategies
  • Solid understanding of operational processes
  • Proven ability to work with product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams
  • Strong ability to align diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Skilled at analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
