About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for strategic and operational HR management and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly.
You manage the entire recruiting process, oversee onboarding for new employees, and promote their ongoing development.
You develop people strategies across the entire employee lifecycle and thus actively contribute to the company’s growth.
You prepare employment contracts, maintain personnel files, and issue references — reliably and with attention to detail.
You advise managers and the team on employment law matters and ensure compliance.
You actively shape and develop our company culture and help make the company a place where everyone enjoys working.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring at least 4 years of experience in HR and understand how People & Culture functions in a scale-up.
You have already developed and implemented processes for recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, and contract management from the ground up.
You know how to build and embody a strong employer brand.
You listen attentively, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect and on equal footing.
You are fluent in German and English — both written and spoken.
