About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are responsible for strategic and operational HR management and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly.
  • You manage the entire recruiting process, oversee onboarding for new employees, and promote their ongoing development.
  • You develop people strategies across the entire employee lifecycle and thus actively contribute to the company’s growth.
  • You prepare employment contracts, maintain personnel files, and issue references — reliably and with attention to detail.
  • You advise managers and the team on employment law matters and ensure compliance.
  • You actively shape and develop our company culture and help make the company a place where everyone enjoys working.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in HR and understand how People & Culture functions in a scale-up.
  • You have already developed and implemented processes for recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, and contract management from the ground up.
  • You know how to build and embody a strong employer brand.
  • You listen attentively, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect and on equal footing.
  • You are fluent in German and English — both written and spoken.
