About the role
- Identification & Research: You identify and research potential customers and contact persons in the logistics sector.
- Initial Contact & Lead Generation: You proactively reach out to prospects, analyze their needs, and qualify leads for the further sales process.
- Appointment Scheduling: You organize and arrange qualified meetings or product demos.
- CRM Maintenance: You document all activities and keep our CRM data up to date.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: You work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to continuously improve lead generation and the sales process.
- Market Monitoring: You analyze market trends and work with the team to develop new strategies for approaching potential customers.
- Event Support: You support the team at trade shows and events to make new contacts and generate leads.
Requirements
- Initial practical experience in sales, sales development, or customer outreach – ideally in SaaS or logistics, but not required.
- Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics) or a comparable qualification.
- Communication skills: You are an excellent communicator, a good listener, and persuade others with your friendly manner.
- You speak fluent German and English.
- Initiative & Motivation: You work independently, are motivated, and enjoy improving yourself and our processes.
- Structure & Willingness to Learn: You are organized, work in a structured way, and enjoy diving into new topics.
- Digital Mindset: Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools.
