About the role

  • Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality.
  • Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
  • Further expand and continuously develop process management.
  • Capture, document, analyze, and optimize processes.
  • Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on logistics.
  • Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
  • Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations, and automation solutions.
  • Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
  • Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a confident presence as a consultant and team player.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
