About the role
- Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality.
- Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
- Further expand and continuously develop process management.
- Capture, document, analyze, and optimize processes.
- Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on logistics.
- Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
- Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations, and automation solutions.
- Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
- Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a confident presence as a consultant and team player.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
