About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and lead comprehensive change management strategies for each retail customer, covering stakeholder alignment, communications planning, training architecture, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
- Establish retailer-specific transformation roadmaps that align technology deployment phases with the pace of organizational and behavioral change.
- Define adoption as a measurable outcome, tracking usage depth, behavior shift, and business impact at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days post go-live.
- Identify cultural, structural, and process barriers that impede adoption inside retail organizations, and deploy targeted interventions before they become escalations.
- Partner with retailers' HR, Operations, and Training teams to embed adoption enablement into their internal governance and operating rhythms.
- Leverage personal retail operating experience to establish peer-level credibility with department managers, store directors, regional VPs, and operations teams.
- Translate Logile system capabilities into practical, store-level workflows that resonate with frontline users, not just IT or project sponsors.
- Coach retail teams on new ways of working across fresh departments (deli, meat, seafood, bakery, produce, prepared foods): production planning cycles, forecasting routines, waste reduction practices, and inventory disciplines.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at both frontline and executive levels throughout the transformation journey.
- Lead change readiness workshops, training design reviews, adoption checkpoints, and post-implementation value assessments.
- Navigate retail organizational dynamics with empathy, patience, and practical credibility.
- Escalate adoption risks proactively to Delivery and Customer Success leadership, with clear recommendations and intervention plans.
- Work hand-in-hand with Delivery Managers and Solution Consultants to integrate change management milestones into implementation plans.
- Provide structured adoption feedback to Product and Engineering, surfacing friction points that indicate usability or workflow gaps in the Fresh platform.
- Contribute to building and refining Logile's retail transformation methodology, playbooks, and enablement assets.
- Design or oversee the development of role-based training programs for retail end users across all fresh department functions.
- Build train-the-trainer models that transfer adoption capability into the retailer's own organization for long-term sustainability.
- Ensure training content reflects real operational scenarios -- not just software walkthroughs -- covering production planning, daily forecasting routines, waste tracking, and replenishment workflows.
Requirements
