About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Lead and manage the application support team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
  • - Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - Several years of experience in application support, with a strong understanding of SDLC.
  • - Proficiency in SQL, incident and change management, and familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or Dynatrace.
  • - ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • - Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • - Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
  • - Experience with AI‑powered monitoring platforms (Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis, New Relic AI).
  • - Understanding of machine‑learning concepts relevant to operations: anomaly detection, forecasting, pattern recognition.
  • - Ability to evaluate and integrate LLM‑based tools into support workflows (incident summarization, RCA assistance, runbook automation).
  • - Familiarity with AIOps frameworks and automated remediation pipelines.
