About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Program Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Company onboarding program
  • Drive Continuous Optimization: Conduct regular audits of content, delivery methods and tools
  • Manage Swag Logistics and Milestone Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of the internal swag platform
  • Coordinate Recognition: Streamline company-wide recognition programs
  • Administer Surveys and Track Action Planning: Lead execution logistics, timelines, and communications for the annual experience survey
  • Translate Engagement Feedback into Insights: Synthesize survey data into structured summaries
  • Administer Platforms and Logistics: Own the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of learning systems
  • Deploy Communications and Content Audits: Draft and distribute organization-wide L&D communications
  • Enforce Brand Identity and Editorial Alignment: Review internal People Team communications
  • Provide Agile Program Support and Leverage AI: Deliver general administrative support across evolving People Team initiatives
