  • Experience owning and closing large, strategic transactions
  • Background or working knowledge in enterprise-oriented domains
  • Proven ability to engage with C-suite and board-level executives
  • Strengths in identifying, hiring, and coaching high performing sales talent
  • Experience managing pipeline and accurately forecasting
  • Comfort operating in high-growth or evolving environments
  • Strong organizational skills and operational rigor
