About the role
- Dedicated point of contact responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers
- Own the tracking of customer health and proactively engage at-risk customers
- Support implementation project management and serve as a technical expert
- Ad-hoc knowledge sharing of Risk Cloud best practices
- Ongoing account management including status meetings and strategic meetings
- Conduct training and provide resources for Power Users and end users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LogicGate teams
- Respond to and support power users and customers
Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
- Becoming an expert on the Risk Cloud platform
- Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
- Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
- Passion for SaaS applications
- Great people skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time
