About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You don’t just sell licenses. You open up organizations that have not been able to use AI until now—or that are at risk due to improper use—to AI workflows that you demonstrate to them first-hand.
  • You manage deals from the first discovery to signature.
  • You don’t just close deals; you help build the playbook, processes, and your small SDR team.
  • You actively generate your pipeline and work closely with your SDRs via cold calls, email, and social selling.
  • Deliver use-case-based demos that fit the reality of regulated industries.
  • Handle proposals, price negotiation, and stakeholder management across multiple levels until handover to Customer Success.
  • You take responsibility for the SDRs who set meetings for you.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience: either an SDR ready for the next step or an AE with initial closings.
  • Track record: Achieved or exceeded targets in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate how.
  • Cold calling motivates you: Not a necessary evil but a tool you embrace.
  • Full-cycle: Lead discovery, deliver strong demos, build business cases, and close deals.
  • C-level communication: German for customers, English within the team, clear and confident.
  • AI-first mindset: You actively use AI today—you're the best proof of our product.
  • Nice to have: First exposure to regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or government.
