About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for architectural decisions and the technical advancement of the backend stack
Responsible for complex database and integration topics, including data modeling and migration strategies
Design and operation of scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant services and APIs
Technical design of new features in close coordination with internal stakeholders
Code reviews, mentoring, and technical support for other developers in the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in C#/.NET development
Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
Experience with CI/CD and Docker-based deployments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German + English)
High degree of ownership when working with ambiguous requirements and complex problems
Nice to have: experience in mentoring and in technical leadership (as well as disciplinary leadership)
