About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers and proactively reach out to companies by phone and email
  • You excite decision-makers about our innovative AI platform and explain how Logicc can increase their productivity
  • You qualify leads and actively bring them into our sales process
  • You learn the entire B2B sales process from the ground up and continuously develop your communication skills
  • You work closely with our team and the founders and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas

Requirements

  • High motivation and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills and no fear of calling potential customers
  • Ability to inspire others about innovative technologies and explain complex topics clearly
  • Initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is a plus
  • Self-directed working style and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Curiosity about AI technologies and a desire to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
