About the role

  • Provides comprehensive professional services delivery related to infrastructure consulting, design, installation, configuration, and knowledge transfer for Logicalis clients
  • Acts as technical lead and subject matter expert for implementations
  • Performs solution designs, implementation plans and documentation
  • Develops standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations
  • Leads project teams and performs expert integration and customized consulting services
  • Designs, plans, implements, validates, tests, documents, provides knowledge transfer, troubleshoots, and supports solutions
  • Works directly with clients to gather requirements, build proofs of concept, and deliver implementations and documentation
  • Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements
  • Performs assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning
  • Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement
  • Mentors and trains team members
  • Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and company policies
  • Supports and conducts self in customer service expectations

Requirements

  • Equivalent combination accepted.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions
  • Experience with: Cisco Core Networking; Cisco Unified Communications Manager; Instant messaging and presence; Enablement of mobile and remote workers (Collaboration Edge); Unified voice messaging; Legacy PBX Integration; Unified Contact Center – UCCX and UCCE; Cisco WebEx Control Hub; Cisco WebEx Calling; Cisco Webex Contact Center; Cisco WebEx Teams; Microsoft Teams; Microsoft Teams Voice; AudioCodes
  • Consulting background focused on Cisco solutions and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Certifications: CCIE Collaboration, CCIE Enterprise, CCNP Enterprise, or CCNP Collaboration (one or more)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to consult with client in-depth to ascertain and define need or requirements
  • Self-starter with organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time and prioritization management; multitasks
