About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating return merchandise authorization (RMA) activity
- Researching customer orders
- Submitting return requests to vendors
- Tracking related credits
- Supporting customer credit processing
- Working closely with sales, operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing of returns and credits
- Maintaining strong working knowledge of the company’s ERP system
- Updating return case records in company systems
- Preparing month-end reporting for open return requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting support, order management, customer service, or operations support preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and with external business partners
