Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinating return merchandise authorization (RMA) activity
Researching customer orders
Submitting return requests to vendors
Tracking related credits
Supporting customer credit processing
Working closely with sales, operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing of returns and credits
Maintaining strong working knowledge of the company’s ERP system

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of experience in accounting support, order management, customer service, or operations support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and with external business partners
