Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of collaboration and voice experience
Proven experience designing and implementing Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Voice
Strong understanding of PSTN connectivity, SIP, voice gateways, and hybrid architectures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
