About the role
- Lead business development strategy for Australia, collaborating across APAC.
- Build and execute sales plays, tools, and campaigns to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
- Partner with Microsoft to co-design growth programs and leverage incentives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals and crafting cloud transformation solutions.
- Enable the sales team with insights on market, technology, and competitive trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years in cloud business development or consultative selling (Microsoft ecosystem preferred).
- Proven record of exceeding cloud sales targets and engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and licensing (EA, CSP).
- Understanding of Azure, Security, AI, and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills within matrix and partner environments.
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, AI, M365) are an advantage.
