About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospecting and building relationships with clients for IT infrastructure projects and leading pre-sales engagements;
Understanding clients' technical requirements and defining solutions in Enterprise Networking (LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN), Security (Firewall, NAC, SASE), Collaboration (preferred);
Developing solutions for Enterprise Networking, Observability, Security, and Collaboration including the definition of architecture, equipment, and required services;
Analysis of RFPs/tenders;
Sizing and costing of products and services;
Preparation of technical proposals;
Presenting the portfolio and defending solutions to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience developing LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN project architectures with Cisco and Fortinet;
Experience in client relationships, including requirements gathering and presenting/defending solutions;
Experience analyzing RFPs/tenders, designing architecture, sizing, and costing technical proposals, including products and services;
Knowledge of Observability solutions (Cisco and NetScout), Security and/or Collaboration (advantage);
Experience serving financial institutions (banks, insurers, fintechs) (advantage);
Experience analyzing public sector tenders (advantage).
