About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure alignment with internal teams, partners, and suppliers regarding prioritization, requests for expedited deliveries, and delivery schedules using the internal system
Submit purchase requests for equipment, licenses, software, and product warranties from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and other manufacturers
Evaluate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and validate DIDs (Deal ID) and quotes from various manufacturers
Request shipments for imported products and initiate client invoicing
Conduct delivery follow-ups with clients and project support areas, monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in higher education or a technical program
Proactive, communicative, and organized
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)
Experience in delivery management and efficient practices is a plus
Basic understanding of Project Management
