About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare supporting reports and dashboards
Monitor deliverables and deadlines
Review and understand contracts, verify amounts and deadlines, and track physical and financial milestones/events
Participate in initiatives to map and improve processes
Perform billing-related activities (Excel and SAP) and issue invoices and XML files
Validate issued invoices
Upload issued invoices to clients' portals or send them by e-mail
Process returns, correction letters and/or invoice cancellations
Organize and update project billing control documentation
Plan and control the project budget, monitoring revenue, margin and costs
Monitor commercial and operational risks and outstanding issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Enrolled from the 2nd semester onward, in-person or hybrid (semi-presential) with fixed in-person classes 3 days per week.
Microsoft Office suite, especially Intermediate Excel: experience using formulas and intermediate functions (SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, among others)
Good communication and organizational skills
