About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure alignment with internal departments, partners and vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Champion One, Dell, among others) on prioritization, requests for expedites and escalations, and delivery schedules using the internal system;
Submit purchase requests for equipment, licenses, software and product warranties from Cisco, Fortinet and other manufacturers;
Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and validate Deal IDs (DID) and quotes from various vendors;
Request shipments for imported products and request invoicing to the client;
Perform follow-ups on deliveries with clients and project support areas, monitoring our customers' satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Proactive, communicative and organized;
Proficient with MS Office (intermediate Excel);
Experience in delivery management and efficient delivery practices is a plus for the role;
Basic knowledge of Project Management.
