About the role

  • Responsible for delivering projects and/or providing technical support for networking technology, following defined procedures and moderate guidance, for internal and external clients.
  • Will operate in medium- to high-complexity environments, supporting both the commercial team and project teams by providing technical recommendations to deliver technology solutions that meet client needs, and ensuring solutions are delivered within the expected timeline, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Networks, Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • CCNP Enterprise (ENCOR) certification required.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco equipment and high-complexity networks.
  • Proficiency in dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching protocols (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel), etc.
  • Experience with network security and firewalls from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, among others.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco IOS/XE and IP networking (IPv4/IPv6).
  • Ability to lead projects in high-criticality environments.
  • Intermediate English with the ability to interact with manufacturers/vendors.
  • Availability for (occasional) travel.
  • Advantage: experience with network automation (Python).
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
