About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy to strengthen awareness, engagement, and market positioning
- Ensure consistent messaging, voice, and visual identity across customer touchpoints
- Translate complex ideas into compelling stories for target audiences
- Own content strategy across social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership
- Write and edit content for different audiences and customer-journey stages
- Create executive thought leadership content and support leadership personal-brand initiatives
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence
- Monitor trends and identify engagement opportunities
- Measure campaign performance and optimize content using analytics
- Maintain and optimize website content
- Develop presentations, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and campaign assets
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting company growth and product initiatives
- Coordinate creative projects from concept through execution while managing timelines and priorities
- Collaborate with designers, external partners, leadership, sales, product, recruiting, and marketing teams
- Serve as a brand ambassador across internal and external communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, communications, or a similar role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Experience building and executing content strategies across multiple digital channels
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and brand development
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership
- Experience with content management systems, marketing platforms, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is preferred
- Experience creating executive-level thought leadership content is highly desirable
- Photography, videography, or multimedia content creation experience is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing writing, branding, or creative marketing work is strongly preferred
