About the role
- Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience with Grid Operations Operational Technology (DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables
- Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
