About the role

  • Manage the planning and monitoring of construction projects (small and medium-sized), ensuring control of schedules, costs and delivery quality
  • Consolidate and monitor physical and financial schedules of construction projects and renovations
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, seeking efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Analyze and interpret AutoCAD drawings to support more accurate cost estimates
  • Perform on-site construction monitoring, ensuring adherence to plans and proposing adjustments when necessary
  • Control construction performance indicators (schedule, cost, productivity) and report status to management
  • Work closely with the maintenance area, ensuring smooth handling of requests and correct prioritization of interventions
  • Interface with internal areas such as Legal and Regional teams, mainly on contract and licensing matters
  • Ensure monitoring and regularization of permits required to execute works
  • Identify deviations and perform root-cause analysis, proposing practical and efficient solutions
  • Seek innovative solutions and continuous improvements in construction and maintenance processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in managing and monitoring construction projects (logistics warehouses, retail or similar)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (reading and interpreting drawings)
  • Experience in preparing and controlling construction budgets
  • Experience with construction schedules (planning and monitoring)
  • Knowledge of construction permitting processes
  • Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate/advanced)
  • Experience with project financial control
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
