About the role
- Identify, log and classify issues found in Loggi products based on analysis of recurring incidents, demonstrating empathy and collecting additional information from requesters;
- Analyze and investigate possible root causes of problems, seeking help inside and outside the team and communicating impact to Product and Engineering teams;
- Collect data to support the classification of mapped problems, aiming to improve related metrics and KPIs;
- Identify and record suggestions for possible automations for recurring incidents and routines;
- Write/update simple, easy-to-read and maintain code to work around incidents/problems, using Loggi's tools;
- Learn about Loggi's tools and platform from more experienced loggers and document your work in writing;
- Work collaboratively by asking for and giving feedback, completing tasks within agreed deadlines, voicing doubts/opinions and reporting difficulties in advance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Knowledge of programming logic;
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python is a plus);
- Preferred: experience in software development support or related functions;
- Quick learning ability and good communication skills;
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively;
- Enjoys the challenge of solving customer problems;
- Knowledge of JIRA, Git, Kibana, Looker and FileZilla is a plus.
