About the role

  • Develop and enhance operational and management dashboards, ensuring clear and strategic visibility of the area's results.
  • Structure and monitor performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), supporting data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure the consistency, integrity and reliability of databases, promoting governance and data quality.
  • Automate manual routines and report update processes, generating efficiency and scalability.
  • Support integrations between systems and different databases, connecting end-to-end information.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing and modeling for structured and actionable analyses.
  • Prepare datasets for consumption in BI tools, ensuring report organization and performance.
  • Develop comparative analyses (historical vs actual vs forecast), supporting projections and action plans.
  • Support the operational planning of the area with an analytical, results-oriented approach.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data organization and cleaning).
  • Logical reasoning and structured analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate): queries, filters, joins and database manipulation.
  • Basic applied statistics to support analyses and decision making.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio, building clear, strategic, indicator-oriented dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Python or Google Apps Script for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations, connecting different data sources.
  • Experience in automating reports and processes, aiming for scalability and reduction of manual activities.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) for code organization and control.
  • Availability for hybrid working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00; Fri 08:00–17:00.
