About the role
- Time and Motion Studies (Time Study/Chronoanálise): Conduct detailed process time studies (e.g., receiving, sorting, shipping) to define productivity standards and identify bottlenecks (as demonstrated in Simplex and OEE project files).
- Capacity Planning: Develop capacity models for XDs and Agencies, defining required headcount (HC) and equipment based on volume forecasts.
- Logistics Layout Design: Design and optimize the physical flow of goods (Layout 2.0) using tools such as AutoCAD/DWG to ensure linear flow and reduce unnecessary movements.
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Lead VSM workshops to identify waste and design the operational transformation roadmap for business units.
- Project Management and CAPEX: Structure Business Cases (BC) for the acquisition of new technologies (conveyors, sorters, unitizers) and oversee physical implementation and performance ramp-up.
- Operational Standardization: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, ensuring governance through Gemba Walks and audits.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other exact sciences (Production, Mechanical, Logistics).
- Software: AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced), BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Specific Knowledge: Time-and-motion analysis (Chronoanálise), MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), Theory of Constraints and Project Management (PMBOK/Agile).
- Methodologies: Proficiency in PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa and anomaly diagnostic tools.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Availability for hybrid work in Cajamar/SP (3 onsite days per week).
