About the role
- Develop and implement asset protection policies and loss prevention strategies across all logistics operations;
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerable areas;
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and recommend corrective actions;
- Train and raise employee awareness on security practices and loss prevention;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security regulations;
- Support leadership with data analysis for strategic security decision-making;
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators for asset protection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Risk Management, or related fields;
- Experience in security and loss prevention roles;
- Knowledge of risk analysis and technical report preparation;
- Experience with internal and external security audits;
- Proficiency with data analysis tools;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset;
- Availability to travel as required;
- Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to emergency situations.
